4. Memory, Learning and Mental Models.
5. Pilot Decision-Making (Aeronautical Decision Making).
6. Personality, Attitudes and Motivation.
7. Workload and Human Performance Management.
8. Stress, Fatigue and Human Performance Management.
9. Human Error and Error Prevention.
10. Automation and Human–Machine Interaction.
11. Fundamentals of Crew Resource Management.
12. Human Factors Analysis in Aviation Occurrences.
13. Integrated Application of Acquired Knowledge and Course Review.

E-learning

In the e-learning mode, learning outcomes are assessed through continuous online quizzes, individual study assignments, case study analyses and operational scenario exercises. Emphasis is placed on active engagement with professional study materials, continuous completion of assigned tasks and independent study. The course is completed by a graded assessment following successful completion of all mandatory e-learning activities and the final written test.
