Summary
The course develops students' professional competences in Human Performance and Limitations at the level corresponding to the first part of the ATPL(A) theoretical training syllabus. Students deepen their understanding of the physiological and psychological factors affecting flight crew performance, acquire the principles of safe decision-making, situational awareness, communication and workload management, and learn to identify factors contributing to human error. The acquired competences provide the foundation for further study of advanced Human Performance topics and their practical application in professional flight operations.
