Anotace
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to identify the principal sources of international, European, and national aviation legislation, describe the structure and hierarchy of the legal framework governing civil aviation, explain the roles and responsibilities of the principal international and national aviation organizations and authorities, and explain the principles of airworthiness, continuing airworthiness, personnel licensing, rules of the air, air traffic services, air traffic management, aeronautical information services, aerodromes, search and rescue, aircraft accident and incident investigation, and aviation security.
Students will be able to apply the fundamental provisions of aviation legislation to model operational situations, navigate the system of international, European, and national aviation regulations, identify relevant legislative documents, and evaluate their application with regard to the safe and lawful operation of civil aviation.
Students will be able to independently analyse model cases related to aviation legislation, justify proposed solutions based on applicable aviation regulations and international standards, take responsibility for the correct interpretation of legislative requirements, and evaluate their significance for the safety and organization of civil aviation.
