Summary

The course develops students' professional competences in the application of Human Factors principles in professional flight operations at the level corresponding to the second part of the ATPL(A) theoretical training syllabus. Students acquire the principles of effective multi-crew cooperation, operational risk management, communication, leadership and teamwork, while understanding the importance of safety culture and modern Human Factors-based safety management approaches. The acquired competences enable students to apply Human Factors principles in the prevention of aviation occurrences and the enhancement of operational safety.
