The subject includes defining the nature of the company and business, property and capital structure of logistics companies, efficiency, financial accounting and methods of financing the company. The course also includes investments and their efficiency in logistics and financial analysis. Attention is also paid to the issue of management in logistics systems, operational management and planning, but also methods of managerial decision-making.
The practical part is devoted to the solution of the semester work. The aim of this semester work is the application of methods of multicriteria evaluation of variants to a specific decision-making problem in the field of logistics systems.
