Summary

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to describe the airworthiness management system, explain the international and European legislative frameworks, and identify the requirements of ICAO Annex 8, L 8, and L 6. They will be able to distinguish the responsibilities of individual entities and describe the requirements for documentation, records, and maintenance planning. Graduates will be able to apply airworthiness oversight procedures, assess modifications and repairs, and evaluate the conditions for releasing an aircraft to service. They will be able to analyze the activities of a CAMO organization, including its safety management system, and propose measures to ensure continued airworthiness. Graduates will be able to independently formulate and defend expert opinions, take responsibility for professional decisions, and address the specific requirements of various types of aircraft operators.
