Abbreviation BS
Course title Unmanned systems
Coordinating department Institute of Transport
Course coordinator doc. Ing. Robert Brázda, Ph.D.

Summary

Graduates of the course will be able to identify and describe the structure, power units, flight mechanics, avionics, navigation and communication systems, flight control and sensor system integration. Graduates will be able to evaluate and process information from European and national legislation on UAS operations, planning flight operations, risk assessment and safety requirements. Graduates of the course will also be able to use unmanned vehicles in industrial inspections, logistics, mapping, photogrammetry, monitoring and other areas of modern engineering with an emphasis on connecting theoretical knowledge with practical applications and on developing the ability to design and safely operate unmanned systems.
