Summary

The graduate will be able to describe the design and operation of automotive clutches, gearboxes and drive shafts and explain the function of the differential and transfer case. He will be able to design and calculate the basic parameters of selected drive train elements (clutch, constant velocity joint, differential), including for vehicles with hybrid, electric or hydrogen drive. He will be able to independently process and defend a design project focused on the drive train of a car.
