Language of instruction čeština
Code 342-6539
Abbreviation SDS2
Course title Reliability of transport systems 2
Coordinating department Institute of Transport
Course coordinator doc. Ing. Jan Famfulík, Ph.D.

Summary

Graduates will be able to describe the basic characteristics of a random variable and explain the concepts of functional safety and risk analysis. They will be able to apply FMEA and FTA analysis methods, calculate diagnostic coverage and the target failure rate of a safety function in accordance with the EN 61508 and ISO 26262 standards. They will be able to design and evaluate functional safety management measures for a specific transport technology system.
