Anotace

This course will open the door to the world of management, where you will learn how businesses work, how finances are managed and how to effectively manage a team of people. You will learn about key topics such as planning, motivation, people management and project management, which are the foundation of any successful team. You will also learn how to properly manage costs, create financial plans and evaluate economic indicators, which is invaluable for decision-making in companies. Attention will also be paid to current trends such as Lean production, innovation and ethics, which are key in today's job market. This course will help you link theory with practical skills that you can use not only in managing a team, but in any profession.
