Anotace
The course provides a comprehensive overview of the legislative and regulatory framework governing nuclear energy in the Czech Republic and in the international context. Emphasis is placed on the Atomic Act, related implementing regulations, international nuclear law, and the legal implications of major nuclear accidents. The course also introduces selected technical standards relevant to nuclear power plant construction.
