Theory and Technology of Machining

Anotace

This subject includes an analysis study of chip forming, of power ratios, of cutting process stability, of thermal effects, of the wear edge of tools, of durability, tool life and cutting properties of tools, of the machine-ability of materials, and of the optimisation of cutting process. In another part of the subject applications of acquired information and regularities for all methods of machining in extreme conditions during the special production of shapes and formed surface areas are used. This part includes as well a technological view for machining by applying microelectronics and computer techniques.
