measurement systems. Basic terms of control systems operation, reliability as a
part of total quality. Indicators of reliability (probability of trouble-free
operation, probability of faults, intensity of faults, MTBF,...). Impress of
systems (serial, parallel, combine ordering of elements). Terms of technical
diagnostics, basic methods and means, remain lifetime of elements.
Vibrodiagnostics, thermodiagnostics and other methods. Total quality terms,
methods of total quality control and TQM. International norms of line ISO 9000.
Tools of SPC design (Paret´s analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, histograms, control
