Team Work Principals

Summary

The course aims to instill in students the principles and skills necessary for effective work in teams. The course was created as a response to the needs of industry, where team work is a common and often essential part of the workload of university-educated workers. Students will learn the principles of operation and organization of work in teams, with appropriate support facilities, incentive and control mechanisms, etc. At the same time course prepares students for work in student teams to address the team's final work.
The course is strongly recommended to all those interested in the MA program who flirts with the idea to participate in my dissertation project team to address.
