Anotace

The graduate of the course will be able to describe and explain basic thermodynamic laws, thermodynamic processes, the equation of state of an ideal gas and thermal cycles of thermal machines, especially combustion turbines.
The graduate will be able to apply the above descriptions and explanations for thermodynamic calculations of thermal cycles of combustion turbines (turboprop, turboshaft, turbojet and turbofan aircraft engines).
