Upon successful completion of the course, the student:
– analyses the operating characteristics of modern light sources and luminaires,
– applies methods for calculating illuminance, luminance, and glare when evaluating lighting systems,
– evaluates the operating condition of a lighting system based on technical parameters and measurements,
– proposes an appropriate control method for a lighting system,
– assesses the potential of intelligent control for optimizing the operation of lighting systems.
