Summary

Upon successful completion of the course, the student:
– analyses the functional and constructional requirements of an electrical apparatus,
– designs and dimensions the current-carrying path, contact switching system, and insulation system of an electrical apparatus,
– applies technical standards and construction requirements for electrical apparatus,
– uses professional literature, technical documentation, and catalogue data in the design process,
– evaluates the technical characteristics and suitability of the proposed design solution.
