Measurements in optical communications I

Summary

Students will learn to use measuring instruments and perform orientation and overview measurements on optical paths. They will get acquainted with the current requirements of telecommunications operators for protocol measurements on new routes. They will also get acquainted with the parameters of measuring instruments in order to be able to independently evaluate and select instruments from a wide range on the market.
