Summary

The course focuses on data security in the context of emerging quantum computing. Participants will acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge of quantum key distribution (QKD) and post-quantum cryptographic algorithms (PQC). They will learn to critically assess the security of current cryptographic methods, compare the strengths and limitations of QKD and PQC, and integrate quantum-resistant mechanisms into existing systems. Emphasis is placed on the ability to track rapid developments in this field and to prepare for the effective protection of sensitive data in the era of quantum technologies.
