Lectures:
Basic principles of electromechanical energy change. Electrical drives and their basic components. Basic applications of electrical drives
Basic principles of electric machines and apparatus. Types, characteristics and behaviors of electric machines and apparatus.
Basic principles of semiconductor power system. Power switched solid-state devices. Basic types, characteristics and behaviors. Power electronics and their application.
Basic principles of semiconductor power system. Basic types, characteristics and behaviors of semiconductor converters.

Basic principles of microcomputer control systems. Microcomputer control system and their basic components. Sensors, circuits for signal processing, A/D and D/A converters, communication methods, 1-chip microcomputers.
Basic principles of electrical regulation drives. Control structure of electrical drives. Basic static and dynamic characteristics.
Prospects of power electronics and electrical drives.
