Measurement in Information and Communication Technologies

Summary

Fast development of information and communication technologies requires more
sophisticated tools for measurement in these systems. The purpose of these
measurement is either diagnostics of their status or measurement of
characteristic parameters. It is possible to use these measurement in phase of
development or in phase of using these systems. The goal of this subject is provide to the students the basic knowledge of modern measurement instruments
and metodology of their using in applications in ICT area.
