1. Introduction to the concept of intelligent buildings (general overview), building automation and bus systems.
2. Technology for Smart Buildings control in the tertiary and residential sectors.
3. Low voltage devices in the Smart Buildings (data network, CCTV, EPS, EZS, intrusion detection, traffic equipment, access control and attendance registration).
4. Wireless Technology in Smart Buildings.
5. Energy Management in Smart Buildings.
6. Steps for the draft project in Smart Buildings.
7. Standards in Smart Buildings.
8. The concept of Smart Metering (Smart Grids, Smart Submetering, HVAC metering, solar, photovoltaic panels, concepts of measurement of gas supply, water, electricity).
9. Visualization of operational and technical functions in the Smart Buildings.
10. Superior monitoring systems and tools for Big data processing in Smart Buildings.
11. Multimedia in the Smart Buildings (audio systems, intercom systems), the concept of Internet of things.
12. The concept of Smart Cities (draft, description, interworking between used technologies).
13. The concept of Green Buildings.
14. Smart Home Care concept (Draft implementation, sensors, technology used), Smart Living concept.
