The subject is focused on basic knowledge from the field of general electrical enegineering and work safety on electrical device.It brings students a basic overview from theory of electrical circuits, measurement of electrical and nonelectrical quantities, electrical instruments, basic electronic components and their applications and introduction into electrical not rotating machines, including transformers.
