A New Algorithms Used for Signal Processing Solutions within Biomedical Applications

Summary

The course support the applications of linear signal processing with sampling frequency conversion called multi-rate processing. Realisation of extremely speed linear systems is used. Time-frequency transformations, namely so called wavelet transformations are discussed. The methods and algorithms of entropic and non-entropic compression of 1D and 2D signals are discussed. Very speed algorithms of convolution and DFT, which apply the number theory, number transformations and finite polynomial structures.
