Vacuum and Cryogenic Technique

Summary

The subject is related to the student's knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemical physics and materials. Student will learn the methods of obtaining and evaluating vacuum, vacuum design basics and cryogenic systems, methods of maintenance and operation.
The aim of the subject is to enrich the professional profile of a student who will be working as a technologist or engineer of technology in the field of nanotechnology.
