Anotace
Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty se spektroskopickými metodami, které se
používají ke studiu nanostruktur, tenkých vrstev a nanostrukturovaných
periodických a kompozitních materiálů. Důraz je kladen na metody optické
spektroskopie, spektroskopické elipsometrie a magnetooptické spektroskopické
elipsometrie.
