The content of this subject is focused on the static and dynamic
electromagnetic fields in the different media: isotropic, anisotropic,
homogeneous, inhomogeneous, dielectric, absorbing. The basic aim of this
subject is the general description of electromagnetic field concentrated on
diagnostics.
