Petrography

Anotace

Petrography - the object of interest, the Earth crust and its chemical composition, processes of rock formation, genetic criteria of basic rock classification. Regularities of the origin of igneous rocks, classification principles on the basis of phase (mineral) composition and chemical composition of rocks. The role of magmatic rocks for basic and applied geological research. Sedimentary rocks – origin, classification of sediments.
