Mathematical Modelling

Summary

The subject introduces to the application of selected mathematical disciplines
in geosciences. It takes notice to specific aspects of geosciences data, and
points to utilization of mathematical methods for estimation and trend
prediction of geo-quantities. This subject takes the focus especially to the
practical utilization in GIS-like software. In such applications, the good
understanding of math fundamentals is the base of relevant result acquirement.
