Geology of Castles and Chateaux of the Czech Republic

Summary

Castles and chateaux in the Czech Republic are significant landmarks in the landscape. These historic buildings are among the most sought-after destinations not only for domestic but also foreign tourist clients. Despite the questions raised, the basic information given to visitors practically does not contain any information concerning the subsoil of the building or the building material used in the construction of the building. The aim of this course is to acquire ways of searching for required information for professional presentation of individual buildings. Students in the course will also solve the geological problems of their objects.
