Subject syllabus

1. Legal and other regulations required by the EU in Czech Republic. Implementation of EU requirements into Czech regulations.
2. Labour code No. 262/2006 Coll.,
3. Categorization of work and classification into categories. Workplace hazards.
4. Personal protective equipment.
5. Occupational accidents in the legislation of the Czech Republic.
6. Compensation for damages and non-pecuniary damage, release from the obligation to compensate damages and non-pecuniary damage.
7. Quantification of the degree of risk.
8. Tasks in risk prevention, as performed by the employer, professional competence.
9. Risk elimination methods; preventive measures and their effectiveness
10. Safety sings, signals and meaning of colors in terms of OSH.
