Safety Engineering III

Summary

The subject provides detailed outline of health and safety protection, working
hygiene and industrial safety and rescue operations. The problems of accident
investigation, accident prevention and repression a crisis management are
discussed, as well as the organization of “complex rescue system”. The basics
of human physiology are explained, relevant to minimizing the consequences of
accident and successful rescue actions. Students also gain the knowledge of
fire safety, fire fighting and fire extinguishing materials.
