Safety and Legislation Problematics of Mining

Summary

The subject deals with the legal principles of mining low and relevant
legislation whether students is going to be mining engineers, geologist,
minerals surveyors or other specialists in a mining industry. Students are
introducing with the risks in mining and with base principles of labour safety
rules. The actual relevant legislation is based on the three special low in the
Czech mining industry - Mining Act nr. 44/88, Exploitation and Mining Act nr.
61/88, Geological Act nr. 62/88. Besides of it the subject contents the summary
of other mining legislation and its application.
