2. Characterization of industrial raw materials and their significance for process design.
3. Analysis of technological properties of raw materials and interpretation of laboratory and operational data.
4. Fundamental processing operations in raw material treatment and beneficiation.
5. Development and analysis of technological flowsheets for processing systems.
6. Material balance calculations for technological processes and processing circuits.
7. Capacity balancing and sizing of technological equipment.
8. Design of material handling, transportation, and storage systems within processing plants.
9. Design of technological units and their integration into process systems.
10. Application of graph theory in modelling technological processes and material flows.
11. Application of matrix analysis in the design and optimization of technological systems.
12. Technical-economic evaluation and optimization of alternative process solutions.
13. Comprehensive design of a technological process plant and presentation of the proposed solution.
