Mine Planning and Design

Summary

The goal of the subject is to make students acquainted with design activity
before and after the process of the mining of mineral raw materials, including
safety principles related to particular stages. The subject also covers
legislation concerning the mining processes, the main principles of the
development and exploitation in planning and designing of underground and
surface mines as well as the principles of conservation and closure of
underground and surface mines, including removal of the impacts of mining
activity and activities done in a mining way on the landscape.
