Anotace
The course focuses on the legal regulations and legal framework related to the performance of surveying activities in the Czech Republic. It introduces students to legislation in the fields of surveying, the Cadastre of Real Estate, construction, the Digital Technical Map, and mine surveying, as well as its application in professional practice.
Professional Knowledge: The student explains the basic principles of the legal system of the Czech Republic and characterizes the legal regulations related to the performance of surveying activities. The student describes the basic legal framework of surveying, the Cadastre of Real Estate, construction, the Digital Technical Map, and mine surveying, and explains their interrelationships.
Professional Skills: The student is able to navigate the relevant legal regulations, identify and interpret relevant provisions for solving specific surveying tasks, and apply the requirements of legal regulations to selected activities in the fields of surveying, the Cadastre of Real Estate, construction, the Digital Technical Map, and mine surveying. The student identifies individual types of surveying results, knows their basic requirements, and understands the requirements for their preparation and verification.
General Competences: The student independently assesses the legal aspects of a given surveying task, critically evaluates the applicability and currency of the relevant legal regulations, justifies the selected procedure, and responsibly applies legal requirements in the performance of professional activities.
