Anotace

The main objective of technical drawing is for students to acquire practical skills in creating drawing documentation across various fields of human activity. This primarily involves 2D drawing, 3D modeling, and visualization using a graphics program known as a CAD system. Students will learn to create structured drawings and produce drawings in accordance with established standards. They will be able to navigate the CAD environment and prepare printouts at the required scale.
Technical Knowledge: Students will acquire basic knowledge of the principles of technical drawing, the creation of drawing documentation in a CAD environment, 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and visualization, and will become familiar with the rules and standards used in the creation of technical drawings.
Professional Skills: Students are able to independently create and edit structured 2D drawings in a CAD system, use basic tools for 3D modeling and visualization, apply relevant standards, and prepare drawing documentation for print output at the required scale.
General Competences: The student is able to independently apply the principles of technical drawing and CAD tools when solving basic professional and project tasks. They can navigate technical drawing documentation, correctly interpret its content, and create structured drawings in accordance with relevant standards and requirements for technical documentation. They are able to assess the accuracy, completeness, and legibility of the created drawing, prepare the appropriate graphic and print output at the required scale, and effectively use digital tools when processing technical documentation. They can apply the acquired knowledge and skills when solving technical tasks in various technical fields and in further work in a CAD environment.
