The course solves current problems of theory and practice in engineering geodesy and its aim is to consolidate methods of accuracy analysis before, during and after measurement using both methods of statistical hypotheses and using matrix calculus. Indirect determination of individual members of the partial derivative matrix is used to calculate mean coordinate errors, covariance, extreme errors, and other accuracy characteristics. Analyzes are solved for all methods and methods of determination, resp. marking the position of a point on the earth's surface.
