Management in Raw Material Industry

Summary

The course focuses on the management of enterprises operating in the raw material industry. Lectures are divided into two parts. Initially, the students become familiar with the term management that is further analysed in wider context. Management is seen from ethical as well as social responsibility viewpoint of the manager. The latter part of the course is devoted to introduction of managerial functions classification, focusing on sequence and parallel functions.
