Summary

Management is one of the key areas contributing to the sustainable provision of raw material resources. It encompasses a wide range of management disciplines. The course focuses on three core areas: management fundamentals, financial management and project management. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to explain the content of managerial work and individual managerial activities. Students will understand the importance of corporate culture and social responsibility in the context of the raw materials industry. Students will distinguish between the main sources of company financing and determine their optimal level. Students will understand the specifics of project management, including the content, methods and techniques used in the different phases of project work. They will be able to apply the acquired knowledge in key processes of the raw materials industry.
