Risk Management of Mining Enterprise

Course aims

Risk is an integral part of managerial work. Successful management is predominantly influenced by the way how managers apply risk management. The subject focuses on the questions of risk management, namely in the sense of standard ČSN ISO 31000:2009. The core of the questions may be seen in the process of risk assessment. Students are able to explain the questions of risk management and they are able to discuss the topic. Students can assess the mining enterprise risks and they can also suggest suitable measures.
