Summary

The course aims to familiarize students with coaching as a rather new and progressive profession that has developed since the 1970s. It discusses the issues that coaching and psychotherapy have and do not have in common. Students learn about the developments in coaching schools, shall discuss the ethical aspects of working with clients, and experience the basic techniques arising from different coaching schools. Students learn to use coaching questions in communication, which they may find useful in the future.
