Subject syllabus

1. Composition and composition of the atmosphere and its role, importance and protection, distribution of LZO (from a physical point of view, from a chemical point of view, from the origin point of view) and sources of LZO (from a geometric point of view, etc.)
2. Temperature regime of the atmosphere, temperature layer and stability classes (stability, indifference, lability). Vertical temperature gradient.
3. Pressure, basic quantities, barric field and barric formations, atmospheric queues.
4. Air in the atmosphere, humidity and its characteristics. Cloud (cloud classification).
5. Air flow (basic types of air flow - laminar, convection, subsidence, turbulence, advection, geospheric wind, meteorological wind characteristics).
6. Air pollution through transport (major emitted substances, catalyst, etc.), air pollution by industry and energy
7. Characteristic effects of LZOs on the environment (living nature, inanimate nature)
8. Physical and chemical properties of solid pollutants (shape, size, surface, electrical, physical properties)
9. Basic separation principles (gravity, inertia, centrifugal, electrical, diffusion), basic physicochemical methods in case of separation of gaseous pollutants (absorption, adsorption, thermal processes, condensation processes, biotechnology)
10. Basic conditions for one-off (discontinuous) measurement emissions (conditions of operating mode, stationarity, instrumentation), preparation of measurements (source inspection, plan and preparation of measurements), units used and recalculations, related and preliminary measurements (determination of piping dimensions, temperature, density and rate of exhaust gas)
11. Measurement of solids concentration by gravimetric method (selection of measuring point, measuring environment and safety of work), determination of the number and positioning of measuring points in the measurement, determination of the position of supply points in circular and rectangular pipelines)
12. Access flanges, determination of flow characteristics, determination of values for sampling control, selection of suction tube, sampling isokonetics, devices, equipment and materials, evaluation of measurement results, measurement of basic ZL by instrument and manual methods (requirements for sampling and requirements for the evaluation part) , processing of measured data, evaluation of measurement uncertainty
13. Mathematical modeling, propagation of ZL in air (shapes of smoke sidings), dispersion studies
14. Monitoring and assessment of air quality (meteorological garden, AMS), damaging the thermal and radiation functions of the atmosphere and global aspects of atmospheric protection (energy-climate package, trading and emission allowances)
