1. Introduction to sampling. Basic concepts of sampling. Content and documentation of sampling documentation.
2. Legislation relating to sampling, case studies.
3. Safety of work in sampling.
4. Factors affecting test quality.
5. Technical means for sampling. Active and passive samplers.
6. Basic sampling site survey. Standard operating procedures for sampling, QA / QC system.
7. Sampling of municipal waste, sampling of industrial waste. Basic sampling principles.
8. Soil sampling, sediment and sludge sampling.
9. Sampling of sediments (sampling devices and tools, processing and preservation of samples)
10.Sampling of groundwater and surface water. (single point sampling, active sampling, passive sampling).
11. Air sampling (distribution of sampling, samplers and filters used, location of sampling site, meteorological conditions, possibility of influencing sampling, sampling station); Soil sampling
12. Sample preparation in the field, sample adjustment - transport - storage. Unwanted changes in the sample.
13. Modification of samples in the laboratory, validation of the analytical method. Own analysis - analysis of analyzes - final reports.
