Summary

Advancement of knowledge in the field of mineralogical phase analasis of
mineral raw materials. Selected methods of mineralogical analysis: X-ray
diffraction, infrared absorption spectrophotometry, differential thermal
analysis and thermogravimetry. Optical determination of minerals and their
properties. Electron microanalysis (combination of scanning electron
microscopy and X-ray spectroscopy) for identification and
quantitiative determination of mineral phases.
