Global Navigation and Positioning Systems

Anotace

First part of lectures provides general overview of history of navigation and positioning to students, with focus to radio navigation systems. Next part of the lectures is dedicated to principles of satellite navigation and positioning and to existing satellite navigation and positioning systems GPS, GLONASS and Galileo. Attention is given to differential GNSS, augmentation systems (EGNOS, WAAS).
