Analysis of Fuels

Anotace

Fuel analysis lectures were established as an application of analytical
chemistry subject (the 3rd form). In this subject basic knowledge of
analytical chemistry is intensified by the following instrumental methods:
elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis, powder X-ray
diffraction analysis, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance, gas and
liquid chromatography, and selected separation methods. Practical examples of
utilization of these methods are aimed at solid, liquid and gaseous fuel
analysis. Classic analytical and physical methods used for solid, liquid and
gaseous fuel analysis are lectured as well.
