Summary

The goal of the subject is to show students information systems. Basic terminology of information systems is presented in the beginning. Commonly used information systems are presented next. Next part provides students with knowledge about information systems’ structure and their internal functionality. Final part of the subject is focused on information systems which can be used as a source of the environmental data.
