Process Engineering Fundamentals

Summary

Characteristic processes of material change e.g. change of state, mixing with
equilibrium and phase separations are shown. The basic principles of transport
phenomena, hydrodynamic of viscous liquid, heat transfer and diffuse separation
processes are explained. The rational models of real processes are designed on
the basis of exact solutions for prototype problems.
