Process Engineering

Summary

The detail analysis of selected physical and physical-chemistry processes
connected with industry realization of chemical and food production are given.
The basis is application of material and energy balance to the systems with
phase change and with change of streams composition. The unit operations and
quantitative description of given processes are explained.
